Product prices on our site are exclusive of postage and packing charges. A summary of these charges can be found at our Delivery and Shipping information page. Libros International reserves the right to change this shipping policy without notice.
We will endeavour to deliver the product(s) to you as soon as possible, in accordance with our shipping policy and the products' availability as set out on the website.

Delivery timescales are as follows:

Please allow up to 14 Days for delivery.

If the product is listed as "Usually dispatched within 1-2 days”, “Usually dispatched within 7 days”, “Usually dispatched within 2 weeks”, “Usually dispatched within 2-4 weeks” or "Usually dispatched within 4-6 weeks", this means that we do not have the items available in our warehouse and we will have to order the item from our suppliers. This can take as little as 3-4 days but as it depends on the stock situation at the supplier, this is out of our control. If we cannot source the product within 60 days, we will cancel your order and notify you of this by email.
Dispatch estimates are for working days.
Deliveries will be made to the address that you give us for delivery of the product(s).

If you change your mind... your right to cancel

You may cancel your order for any reason at any time up to the end of the seventh working day after you have received the goods. A "working day" means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If we have not yet shipped your order you may be able to cancel item(s) depending on their current order state.

To cancel your order please use the ‘contact us’ page of the website, clearly sating your name, order date, and the items you wish to cancel.

Returns

If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you return the goods to us within 10 working days from receipt of the goods and return to us unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging you will be entitled to an exchange or refund.
You will be required to arrange and pay for the return; the item(s) should be well packed and clearly labelled and you should enclose your name, address and order number or the returns form.

For any item(s) which are defective, damaged or sent in error by us, we will refund the cost of the item(s) plus the cost of any postage charges paid by you as part of your initial order. If you require a replacement we will send this to you free of charge.

Please note that items must be returned within 10 days of receipt in order for them to qualify for a refund.

Shipping charges
